Every member must follow them once they have connected to ChessAnyTime The playing zone offers a friendly environment where all members can play chess. ChessAnyTime allows everybody, with no sex, race or religion discrimination, to be regrouped to chat and play chess games on the site.

1-I will not tell my password to anyone and I will be the only person to use my handle.

2-I will not use chess database or software when connected to the playing zone, except if my login name is on the computer list and has a (C) for computer. Other players have the right to know if they are playing against a human player or a chess program. Contact an administrator online to add a (C) to your handle. Administrators have a (*) after their names.

3-I will not insult other players, and I will not have racist talk.

4-I will not flood anyone's screen with draw offers and repeated challenges.

5-I will not use ChessAnyTime to commercial ends. I will not use ChessAnyTime for publicity of any other site or company.

It is stricly forbidden to :

1-Create a login name with insultant, sexual or racist caracters.

2-Create too many handles for your own use.

3-Disconnect intentionally when you are in a losing position, or disconnect with the intention to analyse the position.

4-Refuse to play an adjourned game from an accidental disconnection when your opponent asks you.

5-Lose games intentionally. Resign in a clearly winning position. Accept multiple victories from a player who loses games intentionally.

6-Play against yourself with another handle.

7-Play the same move sequence repeatedly against a chess program, or to exploit a bug from that program, with the intention to increase your own rating. In that case, your rating will be adjusted accordingly.

If an administrator of ChessAnyTime has reasons to think that I violate/violated this chart, I acknowledge that he can take the appropriate measures.
Players who cheat or abuse the rating system from ChessAnyTime can see their rating adjusted accordingly, or even lose their login use. THE TAKEN ACTIONS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ADMINISTRATORS OF THE SITE.

ChessAnyTime has no official politics for the use of opening books when playing, however most people think it's not honest.
