Ju Wenjun drew with White and was able to claim the title by a whole point. Harika Dronavalli was an unbeaten second, and both of these players obtained GM norms.
The World champion Hou Yifan won, thus inflicting a first defeat on Nadezhda Kosintseva who finished equal third with Zhao Xue.
