The 112th US Open in Orlando, Florida, took place from the 30th of July to the 7th of August. The nine round swiss event finished in a seven-way tie that included Hikaru Nakamura.
The top seven each won $2,045.72 with Aleksandr Lenderman obtaining a $200 bonus. He beat Alejandro Ramirez in a Blitz play-off between the two players with the best tie-breaks.
